My grandmother, Bertie Blakesley's middle name is not Easter, it was Esther. Her birthdate was May 19, 1899 in Forestville, CA. Also, my grandfather's name was James LueRoy Myers, not LeeRoy (same for my uncle James..should be LueRoy, not LeeRoy).
My grandmother, Bertie Myers died Aug. 1989 in Santa Rosa, CA. I think it was Aug 5th. She & my grandfather, James Myers are both buried in Memorial Park Cemetary in Santa Rosa. Their son, Thomas Edward died 2 days before her and their funerals were held together.

     Joseph and Matilda Myers and family moved to Madera County around 1908 or so onto the ranch known as the Adobe Ranch, named so due to the material used to build the house and ranch buildings. Fairly close to the Wide Awake Ranch, it was here that James Weakley met young Chloie Myers.
